Having a variety of good healthy food is uplifting.

My wife, Ruth, is an excellent cook and has studied human nutrition.  She has used her extensive knowledge of asian food and spices to put together some simple but effective dishes that will help you.

There are many ‘easy to make’ recipes which don’t take long to produce and for those who want to take it further there is useful information on stable foods and super foods and how to make some healthy options.

She has also produced a sample weekly menu which demonstrates the amount of variation that can be achieved.
